I rented a uhaul truck for 5/18, with pickup at 10 am. This locations business hours are posted on the door 9am to 1 pm on Saturday. THEY WERE CLOSED!!! No one was there at all causing me to spend 1.5 hours on the phone with uhaul sorting it out, not only is this unprofessional and juvenile. It also caused me a delay of 1.5 hours, costing me more in movers fees. AVOID THIS LOCATION, they clearly do not care how their actions affect the customer.
David, we dropped the ball and we apologize. I won’t bore you with the details, but we own up to not having a truck outside for you to rent while we were closed for the day. We would appreciate the opportunity to make it up to you if you are ever in need of storage in Weatherford.
I rented a U-Haul from this location and then decided to get a storage unit from this location. A big part of the reason I wanted to return and decided to rent a unit, even though it was past, our budget was because of the kindness of a gentleman name Paul Paul offered to put a dolly on the truck that they had for me to rent and at some point when I tried to follow up with Paul to ask him about renting from his facility he stated he was no longer working with them, but prior to that U-Haul stated that he rented a…

I called this storage facility and asked for help in picking up an item I bought from one of their customers on Marketplace. I told the woman who answered the phone that the code worked to get inside the gate, but it didn't work to get inside the unit to pick up the bed. She told me the bed was in a hallway of the building, but if the code I was given didn't work, I could NOT get the bed.

Rented a van! I usually rent it for more time than needed incase something comes up. Brought the van back early to find the store closed for lunch i was told by thomas. It would not had been so bad if my personal vehicle wasn’t locked behind the gate. Waited for an hour & a half

Waited over an hour for them to quote “return from lunch” despite the sign on the door saying they would return at 1230. This is not how you run a business I recommend staying FAR away.
