I recently visited Brookhaven Storage as a potential client and had a very disappointing experience. After speaking with the receptionist over the phone about my interest in a specific unit, I visited the site to see it in person. Annette, the property manager, assisted us during the visit. When I asked if they had drive up units that are climate controlled —something the receptionist had mentioned over the phone—Annette abruptly responded, “We don’t have what you’re looking for,” then closed the unit and walked…
Worst place ever!!!!! Store my mothers personal belongings and furniture there after she passes away. A lot of sentimental value and expensive antiques/rugs. I went tp pick all of it up and there was water damage to a bunch of stuff. Management said they had the roof replaced/repaired 8 months prios and it was leaking. Management said not to worry, they would reimburse me. I had professional appraisals done and submitted them. They now will not respond. Dozens of calls and emails.
I wish I looked here before I rented a unit at this facility. I had dozen of boxes destroyed by water. Was given the name of the owner Bill Donovan and his email (FYI email Doesn't work) He never responded. Insurance? Never heard about it. …

I've always had a good experience with Brookhaven Storage. The property is always clean and I feel safe going there after hours. The folks in the front office are always friendly and helpful.
Because of unforseen circumstances I needed to store some items. I found Brookhaven Storage on Google. David, the manager, was excellent! He showed us several units until we found what we needed. His patience was much appreciated. Glad I found this establishment!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again Janine and Ryan are the best! Nicest of people and handle customers the right way. There’s no other place I’d rather store my motorcycle. Awesome facility
I've been a long term tenant for many years & never felt my personal property was not safe or valued. Always treated respectfully & will continue my business with Brookhaven Storage.
