The rating breakdown
Google shows 19 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 5 of those are one or two star.

They originally gave us a 2 week estimate for delivery. 2 MONTHS later after multiple unreturned messages and 2 separate scheduled deliveries where they completely no-showed without ANY communication we had to get a different company to pick up the piano from them. Unprofessional, rude, and completely inconsiderate of other people's time. Cannot possibly recommend them less. EDIT: The owner's claim that "they thought it was best to find someone else to move the piano" is laughable.
Brad, if we could leave you a 1 star review we would. While we make extraordinary efforts to go above and beyond for our clients we were not able to meet your demands due to the covid restrictions. Sadly you couldn't accept this and chose … More
Horrible company. Lied about delivery date (Delivered this piano 7 days later) , didn't answer my phone messages and damaged my porch steps and floors inside the house. When I asked them to fix the damage I was told that they're not going to do it and that I made everything up. The owner of this company is extremely rude and unprofessional. Run away from this company.

Under services it says they move grandfather clocks and family heirlooms. Came highly recommended. Family heirloom Grandmother Clock would not work once it was moved in January. Dave said no problem he could repair it. On the schedule no show no call, not once not twice THREE times. Last visit was supposed to be Friday April 4th. Took off from work, kept texting and calling Late Friday we gave up. Dave finally texted Saturday "Unfortunately I tentatively placed you the schedule.
Tried to get a piano moved. They set a day and told me they would call the day before to give me a time. That was the last I heard from them. No call, no show.
Inconsiderate no shows no call nothing. Must not enjoy the smell and feel of money or care about the reputation of their business

I didn't know who to call to move our very delicate and expensive piano. I have to say I'm glad my friend Matt told me about these guys. They were prompt and so, so very careful with our piano. I highly recommend them and would def use them again. Hope I don't have to move for a long time but if I do I'm calling these guys.
Joe, thanks for your kind review. It was our pleasure to be of service and care for your beautiful grand piano.
Highly recommend this company! Very professional and efficient, and reasonable cost to move my cabinet grand piano. Very pleased
I called them up to move my piano because I had sold it and they took really good care of it, I would trust them again to handle any of my property. They also had really spacious piano storage and I was really happy I called them. Would recommend to anyone that needs to move their piano.
Soorya thank you for the review of your experience with Bucks Piano Movers. We are happy to be of contribution.
Very easy to coordinate with. Called with a time window just like they said they would. And delivered our upright piano from point A to point B quickly and efficiently. They quoted me a price and stuck to that price. Definitely would recommend.
