I normally don’t leave reviews, but this place was so awful I feel like people need the warning. The entire storage facility is never clean — the hallways are dusty, the floors look like they haven’t been mopped in months, and the trash bins are always overflowing. It honestly feels neglected from the moment you walk in. The front door code box almost never works, and there were several times where I stood outside in the heat trying code after code while the keypad glitched or just froze completely.

These reviews are too generic to be real I've had a unit here for 4 months and all of a sudden my rent has been raised by $75 I tried contacting people I tried emailing people I've got no response the manager hasn't been here for 2 days and now they added a late fee on for $40 I use this unit because I'm currently living in my car I can't afford to live in Lower Bucks County the rents have almost doubled everything I own is in that storage bin my house where I was living and renting was sold by the landlord I had…

I don’t know how they did it but they got me! I read that contract as well as I could because it was on her computer and not in writing. I specifically asked if they have set increases because Public Storage did so once they have your furniture. My stuff has been in storage LESS THAN ONE YEAR!! They raised me monthly like $25 a month get this, not once, twice or even 3 times. Four times in one year and my monthly rent has quadrupled. What do they say?? Rent another storage and start the process all over again.

I would stay away from this place if you live on a limited budget. I got this unit maybe a year ago for like $27 and today they just took out $86. They do nothing but increase the rate constantly so don't fall for the $23 a month lie. I even called last month to discuss this and they said my payment would now be $69 but yet today they took out 86. I would definitely never go to this place again. I'm in the process of trying to find a new one who doesn't raise your rates every 3 months.

Very expensive. I got the internet rate when the facility first opened and now playing almost 100% more than what I signed up for. Not to mention whenever I call during regular business hours I never get a representative that works in the Langhorne office, they are supposedly helping other customers rather I get someone from overseas in the Philippines. Not good.

The rate increases are a joke, they happen every 4-5 to 5 months. Not mentioned when you sign the rental arrangement either.
