In their own words
This is the worst move I had. Mel promised me that the team will arrive at 11am, and I repeatedly called to confirm that many times. During the day of the move, she called to say that they'll be late and will arrive at 1pm. However, they did not arrive until 3pm and Mel deliberately ignored my call and even lied to the property manager that I was moving to about wanting to answer my call as an excuse to hang up. The 3 movers were slow, I had moves that were done much quicker.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Recently had a moving experience with Bunker Hill. The team of three gentlemen were attentive, efficient, and friendly. All around great experience from initialing scheduling with Marcos and team to final furniture installed and checkout occurred on site. Job well done. I will definitely recommend. Great experience.
The most wholesome experience of all time. Bless the kind souls of Bunker Hill Moving Co: Raul, Antonio, and Allan did an exceptional job. I have extreme anxiety most of the time but this move was the least stressful of all. These gentleman made me feel so respected and cared for. They brought tools to get in difficult furniture and are just the best. These guys are thoughtful, thorough, and deserve all the accolades. Long live Bunker Hill Moving Co!!! Give them your business immediately.
Helped us pack & move from MA to western PA. Packing went very quickly & efficiently, and the dropoff went just as efficiently. Price was as great as the service. Thank you very much to Marcos & your whole team! Fully recommend to anybody in the area looking for a moving service.
I needed to move a large storage bed to my nephew's house 20 miles away. I visited the office near my home. The beat the quote I had gotten online, then picked up and delivered it that afternoon. They were polite, professional, and I will use them again,
