This was my first move with Carmel Movers and I will never use them again nor recommend them to others. I engaged them for an in-state move at the recommendation of my neighbor. I paid them to pack my dining room and kitchen as well as move furniture and boxes I packed myself. I paid in full before the move and tipped the team well. I found it odd that they did not inventory the boxes as other movers do. They loaded most of my things on the truck the first day, finished loading and delivered on day two.
Unfortunately had items that were stolen during the move and don’t know if they thought that I wouldn’t notice because I have lotta items but I found that very unprofessional considering I did tip them very well after they were done moving …
This was the worst moving experience ever! I had lots of boxes, all labeled clearly and I asked the movers to place things in rows so I could unpack easily, for example put all the books in on row, all the fragile items in another, etc .I …
We searched our database of clients and we do not have any records of moving a Susan M. or any reference to a Susan moving within the past 6 months. Unless services were requested under a different name we do not believe you used our services.
I was robbed by the movers it’s going to cost me well over 2,000 to replace all my document that were stolen the them. The moving company is not willing to rectify the situation or admit any fault

First time ever using movers. Carmel movers were very easy to coordinate with and also had great communication throughout! Movers were on time, fast and efficient. Disassembled and reassembled items with no damages. Will definitely be using again on the future!

Carmel Movers moved us from the house where we lived for a very long time to an apartment in the next town. The whole move process was extremely smooth, starting with the phone communication with the office and handled by Ivan. He explained in all details the process of move and was available for my questions during the preparations. The moving crew arrived on time and was very courteous and professional during the load and unload of our stuff.

Can’t say enough good things about Carmel Movers…. 5 STARS doesn’t do them justice…….We used Carmel movers to move us out of our house, into an apartment and keep a truck load in storage for 2 months….. Then they moved our stuff from storage down the Cape Cod…… Ivan ( Manager ) and Melvin ( Crew supervisor ) and his crew were professional and very organized…… It made our moving stress free…… I HIGHLY recommend using Carmel for all your moving needs
