I moved with seven moving yesterday, they first waited until the last possible minute in the window of time to begin my move. Without saying hello they hand me a clip board to make me aware of what it is going to cost. I was told to wait on the street to watch my things while they moved my belongings. The entire interaction was unpleasant, clearly they were just trying to get the most money out of me as possible. They are unprofessional and I would not recommend moving with them.

Hello Esmeralda, I am very sorry to hear about your loss and really hope that you will find your missing belongings soon. I understand it is a very stressful situation and movers are the first to blame. We are small, family base company working in Great Boston area since 2011.
Yes the moved items out of state for me. But if you expect a tip, don't tell me I should tip 20-30%. I will tip what I think is appropriate and if you ask me, I will reduce the amount I was going to tip.

We had an amazing experience with Seven Moving this past (very hot and humid) week. Ken, the operations manager, was very clear about the scope of their services and their rates; he was also flexible with dates and times prior to deciding on our appointment. The three movers we had (Norris, Beks and Nartay) were careful, efficient, and very professional. They were incredibly easy to work with on moving day and they did an awesome job even with the summer heat.

The movers were nice and moved our stuff but there was some damage to our furniture which we are very disappointed about. They broke one of our cabinets by stacking a ton of weight on it while it was on it’s side. They did their best to fix it afterwards which we appreciated, but the door is still a bit wobbly now. They also put a large gouge in our coffee table during the moving process, but agreed to send someone with a wood marker later to hide the scratch so it’s less noticeable.

I’ve used Seven Moving twice now and I would highly recommend them for any moves you have! The pricing is great and Ken does a great job of communicating everything in advance. For my most recent move John, Eric and Kazbek did a fantastic job - they were extremely efficient in wrapping up my furniture, bringing everything to the elevators, packing the truck and then helping to unload at my new apartment walking up steps. They are truly moving experts and you can 100% trust you are in good hands!!
