This is the worst company I have ever hired. Burbank movers workers are very unprofessional and they work very slowly and waste time for no reason. Don’t trust them with you’re move because they will ruin you’re furniture. Also they forget you’re stuff in the truck.

Our move was handled unprofessionally without care for our items. Which ultimately lead too our dinning table being dropped and one of my couch cushions destroyed. Despite this I still tipped assuming that they wouldn’t be insulting in the way they handled compensating is. So far this is not the case. JUST AVOID.

They came recommended by my sister living in North Hollywood. If it were possible i would give Burbank Movers 10 stars!. I had moved up to Pasadena for a short stay with a friend and dreaded doing the move back to Valley Village after having a bad experience with the last moving searches. In all the years I have moved , no one ever was able to handle my piano and glass shelves on my wall unit, so I was worried that they would break. Amazingly Burbank guys were just awesome! Nothing broke!.
Moving is never fun, and every time I do it I swear I'm not going to do it again. This time around I decided to look into getting some help to move the bigger stuff and it was the best decision I have ever made! Nick and Dima were both unbelievably helpful and made the stress of moving disappear for me. I was put at ease from the very beginning because of the communication they provided the day before, confirming my appointment, checking in about timing and then day of letting me know when they would arrive.
Burbank Movers are the best! I recently moved from Burbank to Pasadena, and while it's not a long move, I've always considered moving such a drudge! This time around I decided to get some help from Burbank Movers. They had been recommended to me by a friend who had used their services and was happy with them, so I figured what the heck - I'll give them a try. Burbank Movers made everything SO easy for me! First I was given a very fair quote up front and all the terms were carefully explained to me.
Burbank Movers pulled off the impossible. Our son encountered a flooding issue in his apartment which mandated an immediate move. This was just two days before Christmas. Bill without hesitation assured us he could have a truck and two men there to make the move. Burbank Movers showed up at the end of an exhausting day and made it happen. The price quoted by Bill was the price my son paid (though I would encourage everyone to generously tip this team of professionals). What a bargain!
