Absolutely horrible experience moving with Melrose. These guys showed up several hours late, and only after calling them several times. When they finally did show up, they were rude, unprofessional and did not even apologize for their tardiness. To top it all off, one of the movers dropped a box full of fragile family heirlooms. Trust me, you don't need this kind of stress, moving is bad enough as it is. Call someone else.

I went into my move with high hopes when booking with Melrose Moving based in the reviews but I’m starting to think they are all fake. Let’s start from the beginning when I initially booked. The person I booked with was an interesting fellow. I got a call back and less than a minute on the phone with him, he tells me he needs to hang up and call me back on a different phone number. It was odd but I ignored it. In hindsight, I probably should have seen this as a red flag and booked elsewhere.

When calling for a quote I recommend not dealing with Rinata (this may be difficult as she answers the phone). Ask for someone else if possible. She doesn't seem to have the patience required to answer all those tedious questions customers have. We all know how stressful it is to move and the last thing we need is impatience from the mover!! I did ask to speak to someone else and her reply was: "we wouldn't be a good fit.." . That seemed a bit harsh and unprofessional to me.
Bad customer service was on the hold on the phone for awhile was unsatisfied with their response time and when finally connected couldn't come to an agreement. Customer rep got mad because i had questions

Today I had Melrose Moving company take a bunch of stuff in my garage to a storage facility about 7 miles away. The crew, Sergey and his partner (sorry did not catch his name) arrived on time (actually a bit early), helped us with wrapping stuff before loading the truck. They helped with clearing out the garage so when they were done, it looked like a garage instead of a storage shed. Then we drove off to the facility where they unloaded and carried the stuff upstairs to the storage area.
Melrose movers are absolutely amazing! Everyone who worked on our office move were very helpful in packing and moving. They would even let me move a box that needed to go to a different spot. Nothing was damaged and they were ectremely efficient. I didn't have to ask them to hurry or notice them not working. Rhodian was super communicative about their progress.
Melrose Moving Company are the way to go! They were great at helping us move. They were on time and made swift work of ALL of our stuff. We never could've done this move without the help of Melrose Moving Company (particularly Alex & Nick). I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a move done right, and for a great price!
Best moving experience EVER! Let me start with the fact that I am a 100% service connected disabled veteran, with that comes a lot of anxiety, I hadn't moved in 10 years because of it. The mere thought of it was crippling. But it had to be done, and on the recommendation of my best friend whom had just used Melrose Movers I was sold! I was immediately put at ease when calling and booking the move, I explained my situation and the lady on the phone was more than understanding and accommodating to my needs.
