HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT BOOK!! They told they would come with 2 movers and be within 3 hrs with the gas fee but that was it. The day of they came 3 hours late, came with 3 movers, and tried to charge more for traffic (which i told them would happen if they kept delaying). I had only 4 pieces of small furniture they had to move and tried to charge over $500. Will never recommend to anyone.
Hi Su, We’d like to clarify several points in your review, as it contains multiple inaccuracies. 1. Number of movers. Yes, we arrived with 3 movers, because our crew came directly from a previous job. However, you were charged the rate for 2 movers ($115/hour), not 3.
After reading reviews I was confident in choosing this company but unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience to say the least. Please save your money and find a more reputable moving company. They took their sweet time since I was being charged by the hour and I ended up having to pay $1,853.75 because they turned what should have been no more than a 5/6 hour job into 10 hours.
This is the worst company ever. We gave them dates when we needed our things moved, and they neglected us saying that they will take 30 days without giving us any notice. It's been one week and I still don't have my stuff. And I desperately need it for my new job.

I had such a great experience with this Packman moving team! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They handled all of my belongings with care and made what could have been a stressful day so much easier. They arrived on time, worked very quickly, and made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it. I truly appreciate their hard work and positive attitude — I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone planning a move!

Kuba and Ramazan were a huge blessing to my very busy week. They communicated effectively, arrived on schedule, were very organized, had great rates, worked very hard, protected all of my belongings and my building, and were very pleasant to work with. I love that they had a very large truck and all of the equipment that might be needed for a move. These guys work extremely hard and with integrity. I would use them again for any move in the future and refer them to others.
