I'd avoid this place. A $14.99 extra monthly cost was added to my bill with no notification. This happened after a couple months of renting. And not only was the unexplained/unapproved $14.99 added to my monthly fee, I was retroactively charged $14.99 for previous months. This seems to be illegal to me and, if not, is very sleazy. The charge is for "tenant protection", but since they are in the business of renting storage space, I assume that they have related insurance.
I am sorry to have to write a one star review. I rented a storage spot for five weeks and was charged for three months. Marcia has not been able to get me a refund for the extra month charge. I have waited over a month for a refund and I’m guessing it will never happen. The actual storage process was pretty smooth and Marcia was helpful.
Marcia is professional and courteous. The facility is secure with remote gate, The grounds are clean. No resolution on my getting charged incorrectly $119 for my $98 monthly rental, which also got paid through automatic bill pay 3 days later.

Office hours on Google maps are not correct, leaving out the hour+ they take for a lunch break which is posted on a sign on their office window. I'm a disabled veteran and was left stranded outside the office for an hour in 97 degree heat …
Marcia hands me a card to scan before she would even complete our storage setup so she could get "her 20 bucks for every 5 star 🌟 review she gets" so basically this storage is paying for good reviews. They don't take cash for the locks, …

i want to love this place but unfortunately the manager marcia is a nasty miserable lady. she has pretty terrible customer service skills and it makes me want to go to any storage place but this one. she needs to be fired honestly…
These people are just walking around the mall shoving a qr code in people's faces asking for 5 star reviews. What's up with that? Do they not get customers?
