Unfortunately this storage unit is old and has a rat or mice infestation. The manager acts friendly but she didn’t offer a refund or offer to cover any damages to our brand new couches. We were only there a couple months and had water intrusion which damaged multiple documents and rat droppings all over our furniture. See the pictures below. Her response is that she “warns” all customers that there is a possibility for this to happen. There rip-off insurance only covers $500 in rodent damage.
EDIT FEB 2025: Rent went up to $288.90 for my 10' x 30' unit. (not climate controlled, no interior lights, no public restrooms at the facility.) EDIT, EDIT 02/02/22: You already had "clean, secure units and friendly staff" before you purchased the facility 6 months ago. A 31% increase is not necessary to maintain your facility. A new roof was installed one year ago. There are no cracks in the pavement. What else do I get for my extra $600.00 per year (31% increase)?

While the price and location are definitely right, the RV spots are not great! We drove around the property for 30+ minutes looking for a space to fit my 29 ft 5th wheel (NO slides), and at the end we just decided to go elsewhere. All …
