The worst self storage experience ever! The manager solicits reviews from one-time customers who can easily say how wonderful she is. I am not one of those. I had my belongings stored here for 19 and a half years, and the current manager is the worst of the dozen or so they have had. They consistently tried to add inconspicuous charges to my account through the years, and it took me challenging them on legal grounds to get the charges removed.
This lady is awfully rude. Overpriced, and raising prices almost monthly, and no credit for referring friends and family. What a rip off! And I got mice that I didn't have when my boxes went in there!! Gross!! Quit pading your reviews for commission too!!! Smh.

The location is not well maintained, and the rent keeps increasing. An insurance fee was also added without permission. When asked about it, Tamra showed very little concern and just said it wasn't in her control and that it was corporate handling it. I will be storing my belongings somewhere else.
