In their own words
Very bad company to book load. They will first give you load and then cancel it on the day of pickup after wasting ur whole day. Their ohio recievers(aep ohio) start day at 8 and ends at 2 pm. And there is no chance you can do ur all deliveries in 1 day. And for tonu they will try to offer pennies and if you argue that it was their mistake, they gonna threat you that they are gonna cancel tonu as truck is not there. Very unethical way to conduct business. DONT BOOK LOAD WITH THEM OR YOU GONNA REGRET.
Loves to take your money at top dollar to ship stuff & also loves hiring cheaper trucking companies to do the job instead. You want fast reliable shipping options just ask them what trucking companies they use! It will save you a lot!
