I had a very bad experience with this moving company. The agreed-upon moving date was not respected, which caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. The most disappointing aspect was that no alternative solution was offered when the problem arose. I was informed that the company only had one driver and that his absence simply prevented the service from taking place. For a moving company, I find this extremely unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. They showed up half an hour late for a move of a 3 1/2 apartment, with a van (Econoline) and a small trailer, claiming there was no armchair in the photos we'd sent beforehand. We didn't have a refrigerator, …
Hello Mr. Gerard, customer satisfaction is very important to us, and your opinion matters to us. We had agreed on a 12-foot truck at a fixed price based on the pictures you sent us. We also asked you to reconfirm that all the items to be moved were present.
Despite discussions to book a team on July 1st, and having been in contact since March 1st, P&C stopped returning my calls and messages starting in April. So much for professionalism and reliability. Use at your own risk.

Worst moving company ever, avoid at all costs. Amateurism at its finest: several walls scratched, several pieces of furniture dented. My appointment was postponed several times with bogus excuses.

Absolutely avoid! We made a reservation in May, received confirmation the morning of June 26th... and then nothing. No news whatsoever. My partner waited for four hours without ever seeing the movers. No customer service, no follow-up, no message to inform us of a delay or cancellation. Leaving us stranded on moving day without any explanation is simply unacceptable. We were counting on you. If you're looking for a reliable company, look elsewhere.
