Completely unprofessional. They claim your furniture is insured, but the moment they break something, it's not covered. They say all melamine furniture isn't covered. They broke a brand new, high-end computer desk, completely ruined, and they refused to pay for it separately. So no, this company is not recommended.
When you sign a contract, you should read the terms. It's easy to blame others when you don't want to read. Your computer desk isn't broken at all; one leg simply broke (and can be replaced) due to its poor quality. … More
Hired them for a specific date and they cancelled on us one week before our move. We're left without any movers and impossible to find a new company with so little time. They sent an email explaining that they made a mistake with scheduling and that they were sorry but when I called to try and find a solution they just never responded. I can excuse a mistake but as a business owner I will always try and find a solution for my clients and not abandon them especially when it leaves them in a horrible situation.
We confirm again that we do not have your name in our records. You must be confusing us with another company. Please don't blame the wrong people. Thank you.
Not recommended for elderly people. Everything has to be done quickly, the owner is stressed and stressful. Because I had to speak loudly to my hearing-impaired partner who hadn't put on his hearing aids because of the noise, he told me there were negative vibes in this house in a condescending and impolite tone.
To our knowledge, we've never had such a stressful client as you, madam. You tried to teach our men their jobs with an unprecedented level of disrespectful authority! We're glad you're a rare case, one we never encounter.
