I contacted this moving company looking for basic information about their services and pricing, and unfortunately the receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Simple questions were met with attitude instead of professionalism. I was genuinely interested in using this company, but after that interaction, I decided to take my business elsewhere. First impressions matter, and this one was terrible.
Use these guys March and they slow roll me and charge too much. First they stopped at the mini store than got to my home broke one side of my bed room mirror that hooks to my dresser. And didn't tell me that it was broken. they played alot this wasn't a good experience I would never use them again.
I would give this less than one star if I could. These movers were very unorganized. We used them to pack and they literally wrapped tape around everything several times including a lightbulb to past time. They did not label half the boxes …

Highly recommend Cajun Movers! We had an excellent experience with Cajun Movers from start to finish. The crew was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with our belongings. They showed up on time, worked hard, and made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Everything was handled with care, communication was clear, and the team had a great attitude throughout the move. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so glad we went with them.
Ishmael, BJ, and Fred were 100% professional and efficient with our move, which was NOT easy - we have a LOT of stuff! I was especially impressed with how well they stacked everything into the storage unit target location - clearly an experienced and customer-focused crew. And both Donna at the office and Chad (estimator) were friendly and great to deal with. Overall, I very highly recommend Cajun Movers / Narre Moving Inc. Well done, crew!
We highly recommend the guys at Cajun Movers! Before arriving in the morning, they had truck issues but called to say they would be a little late. We greatly value communication. Five experienced guys moved us locally. Each and every one of them were friendly, positive, extremely hard-working (even in this hot Texas summer!), and seemed to enjoy working together. They did everything we needed, all the while smiling. 5++++ stars!
I have used Cajun Movers twice. Both times the guys exceeded my expectations! What a great experience it was to work with Donna and the crew that made the move. They are responsive and efficient. David and Fred both were very professional and took excellent care of our items. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.
