If I could give a -5 stars I would. I hired their service from the Neighborhood app. I called and was told that a move from a 2/2 to a storage that was 5 minutes away would take 3-4 hours. They arrived around 8/8:30am and didn’t finish until after 3pm. The apartment was COMPLETELY packed. They ran the clock and the invoice was for $1300+ then after I mentioned this was taking way longer than quoted and I missed my dmv appointment he took off $300.
While we disagree with your account we do strive to work in excellence and are sorry you did not have a good experience.

Ms. Gaston, Your washing machine was installed correctly because it was operable. If it was not installed correctly it would have never worked. When installing the washing machine it was plugged up, hot and cold water hoses connected and we placed the drain in the drain hose.
