Unprofessional and inexperienced. I deeply regret hiring this company for our intercity move from mississauga to kingston. I sent them photos of all the items to move and when the crew arrived they said it would not all fit in the truck. Crew had met the morning of the move and kept arguing amongst themselves the entire day, all the while asking for a good review. Crew members were cutting corners asking if they "really need to wrap" items.
We moved from Markham to Orillia on July 7 2022 with the majority of our belongings going into storage, as our home was not yet complete. Now the time has come to bring the contents from storage to the new home. Dear CT you are already aware of the issues we experienced with your crew the day of the move now the new surprise as we are finding furniture broken and other belongs crushed and broken. I truly hope this experience is never duplicated with any other family.
Dear Guy, We truly regret the distress you've experienced during your recent move. Moving homes is inherently a deeply personal and significant event, and it's crucial for this process to go smoothly.
This compnay is absolutely crazy lol they actually tried to charge me $1200 plus hst to move fridge to the basement and two counters 15 minutes of work This company is outrageous no one should use this company at all and I mean this they are taking advantage of people less then one hr job and they wanted $1200 what a joke I don’t kno how they are even in business worse Mvoing company in the city by far zero star rating

This company is outrageous no one should use this company at all and I mean this they are taking advantage of people less then one hr job and they wanted $1500 what a joke.

I was in a tough spot today, scrambling to find a moving company after my original movers told me they couldn’t transport my equipment with a forklift into the freight truck. Canadian CT Movers made what could have been a stressful moving day feel organized, smooth, and manageable from start to finish. The entire experience was professional, well coordinated, and genuinely customer focused. Communication before the move was excellent, and every question we had was answered clearly. On moving day, the crew arrived prepared, worked efficiently, and never rushed or handled anything carelessly. We were especially impressed with how they protected our furniture and personal belongings.
My realtor said i need to demo my house for sale so i contacted Canadian CT Movers for assistance. Michelle quickly reserved a date and provided affordable junk removal service for all my garbages and unwatnted furnitures. My Moving team was Daniel, Ash, Joe and Max. They also helped cleaned my entire five bedroom house and made it spotless as per my request. Moreover, they moved all my unnecessary items that I don't use often to my garage to make my house ready for demonstration.
