I booked this company for my girlfriend's 2-bedroom apartment moving on August 1st, for the long weekend. The job was scheduled to start at 9 AM because the building elevator was booked from 9 to 11 AM. Unfortunately, the crew showed up around 10:45 AM. This forced me to beg the building management for an extra hour, which they reluctantly gave. However, the following week, my girlfriend's building management fined her $200 due to the delay caused by this group. Their work was very unprofessional.
If you’re our customer , could you send us the deposit amount you booked 😄😇😄 I think you will make more progress by focusing on your business rather than being jealous our company 😂😂😂
(Zero Stars. I would give negative stars if I could.) If you are consider using them, I need you to do one thing for me. Go to your wallet, take out all your cash, and light it on fire. It will be cheaper, faster, and far less traumatic than hiring these clowns. Our moving day started FOUR HOURS LATE. No call, nothing. When their truck finally wobbled into the driveway, it was being held together by what I can only describe as hope and duct tape. They moved with the speed and enthusiasm of sloths on a sedative.
