Add a contract and after three month they double the price no where in the contract it stated my price was for three months They said the person who we had sign up the contract was fired and they said that if you don’t like the new price to leave I when by to clean out the unit only to see they are tearing done and building more two story units I guess they need the money for that FYI found a another unit for I/3 of the price and very professional Sorry bad business with attitude
Hello John, our sincere apologies. Our promotion has been for many years, first 3 months at 50% off. Our storage agreements will reflect the full price of the unit. We are sad to hear you left.
Be careful! Don't trust the store regarding promotion. when I book a storage, I hold a promotion 1 month free if booking 2 months. but, it is changed on my moving date morning when my moving truck coming, it changes to first three month 50% off if booking 5 months on the fly due to covid19 and my reservation is ignored.
We changed our promotion to INCREASE what we were offering the public, 3 months at 50% is greater then our original promotion. Our promotion does not require booking 5 months to be activated, even storing one month will earn you the promotion.
Was better before they expanded. Gave courtesy calls to make sure penalties didn't add up. Seems like they want them to now.

The SelfStor staff are pleasant, helfpul and knowledgable. The units are clean, spacious and good value for the money. Access is easy with card access, with sufficient space to get a truck in and out of. Security measures are effective and the area is well lit.
