In their own words
This company arrived on site to perform its duties 2 hours late. I found broken glass in the driveway and questioned them about it (it was a juice glass). A person (who was at the truck) informed me that they were handling my possessions …
Not very good. Estimate was hundreds less than final cost. Said we couldn’t get our dining room table in until we told them how. Were going to chop it! Surprised since their reputation was supposed to be wonderful. Daughter’s move months later also underestimated. Damage done.
I was just cancelled on 20 days before my move because they had a bigger job come up. I would not choose them if you need a reliable option for moving.

In their own words
Excellent moving and packing service. This is a family run business and they are fantastic! We had them pack up a shipping container for a trip across the country and they did an amazing job tetrising everything in and using up all the space so that we didn’t have to order a second box for all our stuff. Very courteous and careful with your stuff. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service, on time and hard-working. No dings or scratches on anything or any walls. Good work you guys !!!
Moving an elderly loved one from their lifelong home into a retirement residence is no small feat, but Capes made it feel like it was for my grandparents. My grandparents are lucky to have great neighbours like Craig, and Craig went out of his way even before the move was arranged, dropping off boxes and supplies when my grandmother called asking for help, and even popped by after the move to check how things went and lend a hand.
When it was time for my elderly parents to finally sell their home and downsize to an apartment, we knew without a doubt Capes was the moving team we wanted . The team was kind, helpful , efficient and most of all affordable on a retirees pension. Thankful for your team . My parents were very happy . It was a big step to downsize , we are blessed that Capes was a company we could Trust to do it right the first time !
