They are very careful with fragile stuff but they broke a spoon and TAPED it. The amount of extra paper they used is ridiculous and it fills 3 medium size boxes. I paid for appliances disconnect and reconnect but they didn't reconnect, that wasn't a nice surprise. They also lost a brand new sous vide. I have them extra tip to get rid of some old shelves and they left one behind a door.
Our experience with Careful Movers started off promising, as they came recommended by our realtor. Unfortunately, it became disappointing due to unfortunate communication and reliability. It became difficult to coordinate details and feel confident in their service. When we needed to confirm additional packing help, we could not reach them, which led to our stress and last-minute scrambling to find another crew.

Really sad to see one of ur drivers drive so reckless today in Northern California. Weather wind advisory and ur driver is going 75+ in the fast lane, swaying back and Forth. This lasted 10 mins before calling this company. The gentleman who took my complaint didnt think it was in the wrong.. The wind was pushing my honda can’t tell me he wasn’t feeling it too.. Way to fast for a big box truck in the weather currently. 65 is the speed limit! License plate 34149K3 Dot 1464935 I did report this to authorities
Not careful at all. here is the list of things they broke: two large platters, a dining room chair, a bedroom side table, a cat tree, a glass table top for a bistro table. Some of the boxes were packed terrible (all the stuff just dumped in …
I would not recommend this company. They are not careful drivers on the road. They drive recklessly. They speed, tailgate, and change lanes unsafely. If you want a careful moving company, go with Clutter.

The crew arrived on Day One on time, and packed my belongings with great care. The move the next day to my new home went smoothly and the job was done in less time than anticipated. All crew members were very hard workers, showed great attitude, and careful attention to detail. The home office was very responsive and was able to accomodate my timing needs and continued to update me throughout the whole process. This was our second time using Careful Movers and had the same quality service. The team- Christian, Julio, Judas and Enrique- were efficient, professional and fast. We had to move things from 2 locations to our house and they were done by 2 pm! They took care to make sure our new house/floors were not marked or dented during the move, and did a great job setting up and placing all the furniture just right. Highly recommend Careful Movers!
These guys rock! Turn up on time and after a quick walk through, got straight to work. Showed loads of care when wrapping the furniture items . They were very transparent with costs of materials to be used and certainly always checked back with us on what was to move and what didn't. Fully recommend Careful Movers.
We have moved four times within the Bay Area, and Careful Movers were the best moving company we have used so far. They were professional throughout, and the crew - Pasquale and Ismael - was careful, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.
