I would give 5 stars to the actual moving crew, but 1 star to the actual CEO Moving organization. It became incredibly clear that CEO Moving had failed to schedule a crew ahead of time for our move and threw one together last minute. Movers arrived late, but were great once in place. Unfortunately, 5 hours into the move, we’re informed by the movers that they can only take cash because CEO Moving is unable to take cards despite advertising.

UPDATE: Added a screenshot of the confirmation email sent by CEO Moving as well as a photo taken during the actual move since the company is alleging we were not legitimate clients in their response. Max and his team ar CEO moving was amazing today. They went far more than what I expected. It was a long day for everyone. We simply had so much stuff but they remained very positive and helpful with packing and moving things all day. I could tell they are very experienced as they were very efficient loading their truck. Our new place as also very hard to get to with narrow hilly street but they did amazing job, also paying attention to make sure that they were not blocking traffic.

CEO Moving did a great job with a complex 4 days moving of our office in Menlo Park. Our dedicated coordinator was amazing from start to finish being on top of every small detail and request. The crew was professional, attentive, and accommodate all our last minute changes without any hesitation. This is the first time when the move was so smooth and easy and didn't require much time, energy or nerves on our end. Thank you so much and highly recommend if you would like a caring service.
