In their own words
They ran several hours late to our pickup then refused to begin working when my wife called them several times to ask where they were at and a discount due to their tardiness. The movers then kicked back and did nothing while the driver refused to start the work. The driver also walked towards me in an aggressive manner raising his voice when i began recording them standing around not working.
No show. Reserved 2 movers several weeks prior to move. Moved 500 miles to SF only to have The Flying House Moving Services NEVER SHOW. Received a VM 2 hours after appointment window to be informed of mechanical issues. I have heard nothing since. Beyond FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED. Any company should have contingent back up emergency plan in place. Awful experience.
Mixed review . 2 ppl did a decent job and they are very calm and good at packing. Problem appeared when they said they have no extra boxes . They had just 6 boxes . Also after 8.5 hours of total time , they couldn’t complete the job and I had to do 2 trips to get my stuff . Even after paying more than $1200 , excluding tips , job is incomplete
Horrible service charged me $1300 for 8 hours wrapped everything that didn’t need to be wrapped . They never put the beds together and stopped during service to go pray so unprofessional. Don’t book with this company they are slow and are money greedy
Hired these guys for 3 days to help my wife move a bunch of stuff(including packing) from inside a home to a dumpster or pods storage unit sitting on the driveway. First day they were supposed to be there, they were running "a little late" …

Oh wow Sultan and his team were so great- they arrived on time and then did such a great job. They were careful to cover and tape everything up well, they were super efficient, and then did a beautiful job of putting everything in at the other end. They guys were all so respectful, polite, tidy and organised. I’d totally use them again and am happy to highly recommend them!
The crew at Flying House Movers is amazing! It was super easy to get scheduled with them, and they arrived promptly on time and worked tirelessly all day to get all of our things safely packed and smoothly moved in to our new place. They were pleasant, thoughtful, and courteous even through a long hard day of work! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their move!
