Thought they were good, until later found out many items turned up missing. Suspect theft. Made me sick. But how do I prove the missing items, when there were 4 different women packing for me. I don’t recommend them. Sorry!
I don't even know how to respond to this review Charlotte. First, the job we did for you was almost a year ago and you now post a review that is totally wrong and frankly liable. We were called in to assist you as a favor of your realtor.
I am disappointed with their number system. Sunday they ignore the numbers and just let people in. I was there early to get a number and it didn't mean a thing because they let people in ahead of me. Warren

Caring Transitions and their team were wonderful. Professional, efficient, and kind. They carefully packed and moved my belongings and carefully unpacked and put them in place in my new hone. It’s stressful to leave a life long home and from day one caring transitions did everything possible to make the move as easy as possible. They made a long distance move to my new home but also delivered things to my daughter at a different address and two additional storage lockers. All with a smile.

We couldn't have asked any more from our Caring Transitions team. When we needed to move our parents from Iowa to Ohio last summer and fall, Jon and his crew helped us every step of the way. When we put the house up for sale, they removed several pieces of furniture and a workshop/garage full of tools and cabinetry. After the sale of the house, they returned to pack up the moving vehicles and moved everything into the new house in Ohio.
Thanks Renae, it was a pleasure to assist you and your parents with their transition to Ohio. Hope they are doing well and settled in. Thanks again for the review.
