In their own words
Alex was prompt, professional, and skilled! We felt comfortable having him working in our home. He was very personable and played the piano beautifully after he wrapped up his tuning. His pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely be using his services again! Thanks, Alex! God bless!
Thank you, Ashley!
Alex was professional, felt safe as he worked in our home, had clear communication, and did an excellent job tuning our marketplace-find piano. He even gave us a little history lesson on our “find” - reassuring us that it was a quality piano that would hold a tune well for a long time. We have already highly recommended Alex from Central Michigan Pianos for our friends and family and would again!
Thank you Amber!
Alex was super quick to respond and worked to provide creative solutions that would work for me (even offering to paint the piano I was interested in). Delivery was smooth and professional and Alex had great advice on the care of the piano based on his years of experience.
Thank you very much! It was great working with you.
Alex was wonderful to work with! He was very honest upfront about price. The piano I have is old and he said if it wouldn't be worth the money to tune it he would let me know before hand so I didn't waste money on it. He spent the time tuning it three times to make sure it was perfect. Absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a touch up on their piano!
Thanks Tabitha! I enjoyed bringing it back to playing well again.
