CubeSmart itself is probably wonderful, however I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Dealing with Kristy has been by far my worst experience with any professional company I have ever had! She is very rude and inconsiderate of other people and their belongings. I am getting my credit card shut off and replaced because not only did she overcharge me, but she charged my card on someone else’s account.

No one is ever there during business hours posted on the building. I have tried on three occasions this past week to go in and pay my storage fee and no one was there. three different days I went at three different times. I also called during business hours and no answer. i called main office and same thing. A recorded message says hold for a customer rep. and it plays music for what feels like forever and then it went to voicemail which it said was full!!!! It is such a hastle just trying to pay them!!
I had the worse experience. My boxes came back with bugs. I had to call for almost a month and no one helped. The insurance we paid for didn’t cover that. So no one go unless you want to move in with bugs. I’m due in a month and now have to deal with bugs and pay to get it sprayed. Cube smart should get their unit sprayed too so no one else has to deal with this. I had to throw things away. New baby clothes because they were all gross. Do not recommend.

This place is unlike any other storage unit they lock your code at 6 days past due no other storage place does that smh. Emailed owner and owner still has not reached out. It has been 3 days now. Still waiting on owner to respond smh what is going on? I still have not heard from the owner 😕. It's been 3 months now was told that the owner was going to reach out. Still waiting why?????

As a long-term customer, they kept raising rates until our unit cost 2.5x as much as what a new customer would pay. Switched to another company instead. (I wasn't even going to write a review, but since leaving the unit, I've received *four* emails from them asking me to give them feedback... so this is my feedback.)

Someone I know had storage unit here and found out the storage building has mice! You can smell the mice throughout the building and see them. People pay to much money to have to bring their belongings there and pay hundreds a month to have to deal with a mice.

I haven't used a storage unit since 1998, but this place offered the best deal. And they keep upgrading as needed. They just installed a new gate system that even displays my name when I activate it. The staff is very attuned to providing you with the best service,andh a meaningful smile.
