I’m a returning customer, and once again Shaun did not disappoint. He is very professional, quick, did an amazing job getting the carpets looking like new again. Very reasonable pricing as well. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer. Tile floor is next!
Carpet came out well. I little miscommunication with my appt which was scheduled for 230. I got a call around 1130 if they could come out earlier, but i wasn't available, so we agreed to 2pm. At 2pm I got another call, and they told me they were running late and wouldn't get to my place until 2:30 or 2:40, which was fine, but then he didn't arrive till 3pm! My carpet wasn't that bad, so it only took him about 45 minutes to finish. Just a bit of inconvenience with the mix-up on time.

I was Really happy with the way my carpets looked after they were cleaned and even more impressed by the customer service from Shaun, the owner. After my carpets were done, there was a small problem, and so I contacted the company. Within a day or two Shaun himself came out and fixed it and made sure that I was happy. We will definitely use them again.
Shaun's Team has serviced over 30 of my clients and all my family. Each person I have referred has said the very same thing, " They were Great!" Good people and great work.
