I rented a unit here. They are infested with rodents and black widows. Majority of my belongings were damaged. When I brought it up with the facility nothing was done and there was no compensation.
Hi Tony, We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at our self storage facility. We take pest control very serious and service the facility on a regular basis. However, please note that since we can not and will not access the interior of your unit.
We should have known this place was a bad idea right from the start. The guy "running" the place started off bad mouthing the customer before us when we rented our units. Be prepared for him to drive up to your unit constantly while you're in it to bother you. He changes the rules of the place as he wants (or laws as he called them). Do not go to 2 different units without expecting to possibly be told you have to leave the premises immediately for not punching in a gate code for each unit.
We had a storage unit for approximately 9-years. The rate quadrupled over the years. During 2022, the company charged 27% more than our contracted amount without ever notifying us even though they had our correct email, phone numbers and notification of mailing address in the file. Terrible customer service!

Good Morning, Thank you for your concern regarding an incident you observed near our facility. Our golf cart is only used within our self storage gates and is only used by our experienced facility manager.
The ability to pay when late is not feasible to you if you are out of town you very lose your property there system makes you come back to location to pay this was a great expense to me and a BIG problem for I hope they fix issue ASAP!!!

JT we re deeply sorry this happened. This must have been before we acquired the Property. We now require all of our Tenants to be insured. Had this occurred in our time. You would have been covered for a minimum of $2,000
I’m renting there right now and they raise the price up without warning so what I’m going to do is get my stuff out of there and find me another storage this place is a fraud

Its stinks like human doo doo out there. Its freaking horrible to even step out of your car. I hate to even think about it.
We are sorry you feel this way, unfortunately we are not able to control outside elements, such as smells, that come from the surrounding area. We do however strive to keep a clean facility with great customer service.

The management is great. Drainage in winter is an issue in the middle street especialy and the stagnation of muddy water smells bad. The stagnation coupled with the neighboring pig farm gives an owful smell. That is about it though.

I've never had any kind of a problem with them. The lady who runs the storage is always very nice and always answers the phone or call's me back. Been with them for a while have nothing bad to say.
