This place is not well maintained. -The lift is often broken, including right now on 12/1/2024, making use of the 2nd floor near impossible, wasting my time and gas as always. Even when the lift works, the lights don't work on the controls even though I've brought this to their attention years ago. -All the carts are falling apart. Each cart has wheels that are bent as you can see in my uploaded photos, and one of the wheels is in pieces.

They went up on rent, they didn't respect how our bill was being paid at end of month switched it to the beginning just so late charges could be added they claim they open at 9:30 am yet never open on time!! I dislike this facility if I could give a 1/4 star I would
