The rating breakdown
Google shows 13 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Leading up to move day, I shared concerns I had with placing weight on the lawn near a septic drain field. Ryan respectfully entertained a less appealing alternative to park in the driveway and cart the piano across the lawn but as we discussed more, we came up with a path for his delivery vehicle. The piano was well-wrapped and once inside, setup was achieved quickly.
I'm so glad I called Clearwater! Ryan answered my inquiry right away, came to move my piano on time, and was so professional. I'd recommend his piano service to anyone.
Thanks so much for giving us a call, Ryan and I appreciate your business!
They did a fantastic job! Moved a piano across the state to my daughter. Arrived in perfect condition. Very nice people! Very responsive to emails. Thank you so much for making this big job (to us) worry free.
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Ryan came over and worked on my piano after a many year hiatus of not being tuned. He did an excellent job and my piano sounds awesome! He even fixed some sticky keys and problem solved several other issues! Will definitely use Clearwater Paino again!
Thanks Kesinee! We appreciate your business!
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
