DON’T USE !! A simple move from storage to the new home, 2 miles away from the storage unit! Requested SAME crew as January that did not happen or informed prior that was not happening! I asked for notification when the truck was 5 minutes from the storage unit; this did not happen. In January, this moving company was used a HUGE Change NOW unprofessional; NO-ONE even introduced themselves and gave their names. They moved this October, less than half of the initial move.

The initial phone number we have to call to get any answers or an estimate scheduled is some customer support line that has nothing to do with the local company itself that services the Atlantic County area. The result is incredible frustration before I even know what the junk removal will cost because they HAVE to do an estimate assessment.

Couldn’t get past the intake person. She was talking over me and then when I was able to answer a question, she said that I was calling to move two items. I had already told her I had a full 10x20 storage unit … there’s more than two items. Thanks Eve but you just cost your company a client!

These hunks broke the wood on my dresser mirror. Called 4x never was it repaired. Just moved in my new place and a ROKU TV is missing. They left 20% oof items behind. AWFUL
