I gave it a five start at first because they are nice and the process was quick however after two months I decided to move my stuff out why 1.the hours of operation wasn’t convenient 2. the homeless people around late at night is sketchy I couldn’t come alone, 3.poor lighting when your trying to load up, 4.the moving dollys are broken, and 5. when I did move out 12/3/25 they didn’t refund me any of my money like most places I’ve used in the past have. Wont recommend and won’t use again. Less learned
We are sorry you feel that way. We are a fully indoor facility and our access hours are 7-7 for most of the week. The homeless people are in the entire area. We do everything in our power in regard to that. They are never in our actual … More
All last week the main entrance stayed open all day. Anybody could just run in & out, doesn't seem very safe. The units are reasonably priced.
The gate had technical issues last week and we had to have a contractor out to fix it. It was not open all day. All units are secured and locked so there is nothing to worry about. We have cameras as well, which are monitored.

Had a little experience with them with pricing @ first but was told one thing on my storage but the problem was solved and taking care of very quickly the girl there was very helpful and broke everything down and they lower the price so i was happy with the out come she took care of everything like she said she would do by speaking to her manager about what happen when i came in to get my storage at the end very happy that all i have to say
Thank you! Unfortunately, you dealt with Sparefoot.com for your first interaction. They are a third party and just send leads to storage facilities. That is where the confusion most likely came from. It’s basically like Bookings.com for storage. It’s always better to deal direct with the facility.
There customer service personnel were very pleasant and helpful. I am moving because of an unexpected situation but they were very friendly. Happy to do business with your place.
