In their own words
The move started out fine. Three men were professional and held to the scheduled two hours to wrap, load, and pack. At the destination, however, they unpacked less carefully, documented an extra hour they were not on site (for an added $200), and dropped a dresser drawer from the second floor landing, damaging our oak hardwood flooring and the drawer.
Do NOT use. Our movers were high the entire time. I had to drive their truck and it was full of marijuana. It was not a college hunks truck but a rented U-Haul. They caused significant damage to our old and new home during our move. They scratched up multiple areas of hard wood floor and put holes in our walls (not small ones but large massive body sized holes). The company does not protect you as a client.

Tony and matthew were incredible! Very fast, careful kind and professional! Always asked before moving anything to make sure it was going. As always, college, hunks has been absolutely incredible, and i'm sure we will see you again in the future!
Thank you for your review, Jude P. At College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving, we work hard to make moving day smooth with careful packing and efficient loading. We’re glad you had a positive experience with our team.
We had a smooth move with College Hunks Moving. They offered a pre-move walk through to determine how many pods we might need, verbal check-ins pre-move, provided boxes, showed up on time and packed our home into pods. The owner even came by to work with his team. We enjoyed our experience and will definitely work with College Hinks Hauling Junk and Moving again. Thank you!
We love hearing this, kaleigh Monahan McMillan. At College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving, our moving services are all about taking the weight off your shoulders with dependable crews and efficient truck loading. Thanks for letting us be part of your move.
I just used College Hunks here in Charleston. They did a very good job. This is the third time I moved in Charleston and compared to the other two movers this company was the best. They came in at their estimate. And their time. The last mover ripped me off. This mover took a little over 5 hours. The last mover took 12 hours and they had less things and they packed me! This time I packed!!! The guys were very nice. I know we all have different experiences with movers. I can only tell you mine went well.
Lynn Ross, Thank you for the wonderful review! We really appreciate hearing about your feedback and are so pleased to hear our team was able to provide you with a stress-free experience. We’re truly so grateful for customers like you.
Eric, Dell, & L were amazing and professional. They were very polite and checked with me on every point. Thank you for sending them to us!!
