All My Sons Moving & Storage

Worst experience ever! Chad and Andy moved my mom on Saturday and were extremely unprofessional. They did not move all her listed items and packed the truck very poorly causing damage to her leather sectional. They did not wrap anything and this led to quite a bit of damage to other items, as well. Blue wraps were not utilized and therefore took up a lot of space in the truck.They complained the entire time and one of them made several disrespectful comments about her and her furniture.

Not one! ZERO stars because minus 5 is not an option. RUN away from All My Sons Moving &Storage. You have not found what you’re looking for. In my opinion they are, inexperienced, self entitled and lazy. Then they overcharged us for everything. They were three hours late getting to our house in Sunset, SC. They did a very disorganized and poor job of packing even after my wife had boxed all of the small items up in 32 boxes.

I had preciously had my items moved to a storage building by a different moving company. They were able to move all of my items into a storage unit I. 2 hours and charged $350. That moving company was not available so I called all my sons. I thought that it would take about the same amount of time to move the items out of storage as it did the first time.

I am someone that will always willingly give a company a chance to prove themselves. After seeing a lot of bad reviews I was hesitant. Reviews are accurate. They do not care about you or your belongings. They only want money and add more time than what they are there for. The movers put a hole in my wall and tried to deny they did it but have picture proof. All my furniture was dragged dropped and full of dirt because nothing was properly wrapped up and handled with care.

First rep said movers would be at my house between 8-930am. Never showed. I called at 9:30am and another rep said 8:30-10am. Driver called at 10:15am and said they’d be here at 11am. Showed up and I asked them to get refrigerator last so I could empty then follow straight to new house to put food back in. They didn’t have tools to take handles off so I provided that. They didn’t take knobs off refrigerator so they banged it into my front door. I had to tell them to take knobs off.

Edited. *Beware: MANY of these 5 star reviews are fake. I witnessed the crew asking random people to leave reviews who had not actually used their services so they could win a contest. Two part review because I had two different crews: one for move out, one for move in. I averaged the ratings of my 2 experiences and want my rating to truly reflect my impression of this business and be an accurate review for customers who are considering them. I’ll start with the positive.

I hired All My Sons Moving because I have a back injury and physically shouldn’t be moving heavy furniture. Unfortunately, I ended up doing far more of the work than I ever expected because the crew that showed up appeared to be inexperienced and not properly trained. One of the movers spent a lot of time standing around in the kitchen talking with my daughters instead of working, while the other mover was left doing almost everything.

I am extremely disappointed with the service my daughter received from All My Sons Moving. What should have been an exciting day—moving into a new home after graduating college—turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. From the moment the crew arrived, it was clear they were not properly trained.
