Horrible experience. We used this company for moving labor pack and load a trailer. I received estimates for packing and loading. When they finished packing my invoice was DOUBLE the price. I told them I didn’t want wardrobe boxes and they used them even for non clothes items. They also had to disassemble some furniture and then came with no drill etc. they didn’t have a dolly or any safety equipment to move my appliances. My son had a suitcase packed with his wallet inside and is missing a 50 dollar bill.

No call no show. I’m a disabled policeman and was recommended to College Hunks by my realtor. I’ll make sure I pass this on to all my first responder friends and family, not to use this company. Wasted 2 hours waiting. Not even a call to Say going to be late. Terrible business!

Used college hunks on 4/20. Initial review of the service was great as they got my things out of my storage unit and worked very hard to get it into my home. My box spring didn’t fit up my stairs (not their fault). The job was a bit pricy as we went over the quoted time and I accepted that until a couple of days later I got to see how poorly my furniture had been put together.

I helped a friend who was moving while using this service, they completely riped her off, they pressured her into 2 trucks when she only needed one, they then put the couch in the garage instead of in the house because they had to dissasble it ( a service listed on there site and one of the reasons she chose them) then decided they wanted to go home early and didn't move the furniture into place (another service listed on their site) before charging her with the promise of coming back out to fix the listed…
