The rating breakdown
0 of the 33 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Immediate Movers & Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 33 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Gary
3.4 percentage points lower than the middle of the 8 listings in Gary we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I highly recommend Immediate Movers & Storage. The crew arrived on time, they worked efficiently and handled all fragile items with care. They were so easy to talk to. They even moved my XL indoor and outdoor potted plants and physically lifted them and put them in place. Which is one of the reasons I used Immediate movers I couldn’t find any other company to help me move my big plants. The crew took the time to wrap all of my furniture.
Thank you, Janet! We’re so glad our crew made your move quick, careful, and stress-free. We especially appreciate you trusting us with your large plants and fragile items—those definitely deserved some extra care! 🪴 … More
Immediate Movers moved us to our new home on May 30, 2026 and we have been very busy unpacking but want to give a review for this company. This move required them to use two large trucks and additional movers due to the fact that we were moving our entire house of furniture along with 50 years worth of life and family treasures. Most of our communications was with Matt Brown and Josh Trim who facilitated our move, helped with our inventory, the estimate cost, and arranging a mutual date for the actual move.

We actually used Immediate Movers twice recently and could not be more pleased. Our first move was such a challenge due to weather. I can't say enough good things about these young men. Josh P, Josh T, Jayson, and Zeke moved us on an incredibly hot and humid day. They maintained a positive attitude throughout, and were so kind to my mom who was nervous about the whole process. They treated our belongings with care and were determined to fit as much on that truck as possible!
Thank you so much, Amanda! Your review truly made our day! 💙 We know moving in extreme heat isn't easy, and we're so proud of Josh P., Josh T., Jayson, and Zeke for delivering the kind of care, professionalism, and positive attitude that … More
We were absolutely amazed with the team of Craig, Tyler H. , Ethan and Jawuan! Together they made our packing and moving days as stress free as it gets. These guys have the winning blend of physicality, upbeat personalities and temperament to be successful at their jobs. Now that we’re unpacking, we fully appreciate how much finesse and thought goes into packing each box.
Thank you so much, Eileen, for your wonderful review! We're truly honored that you trusted Immediate Movers & Storage with such a detailed and challenging move. Coordinating four stops across three states takes careful planning, teamwork, and patience, so it means a lot to know our crew delivered…
