First time I used their service. Did arrive on time. Had no tools with them to dissemble the bed. I had to run to Lowe's and purchase tools. This took up at least 1/2 hour of my time and they left to get drinks. I had boxes marked as what room they should go to and boxes were all over different rooms. I feel I was overcharged and my calls are not returned. I have emailed the owner without a response. Very disappointed in their service.

Colorado’s Finest really let me down big time. They failed to show for my move, which was under contract and paid for, and were virtually unreachable for hours. I had to hire another mover on a last minute basis, incurring more expense and great stress.
Mr. Piccone, We truly apologize for the mishap on your move day of us running late. You scheduled through a third party contractor and prepayment was not scheduled through our company.
This company can barely be called a company. They own only one truck, which they overbook, have no physical office and never answer the phone (which I found out is a personal cell phone that they decide if they feel like answering). I had …
On July 29th the day of your move you called that morning and requested to reschedule due to an issue with your new apartment building. Our policy is 48 hour cancellation notice. We offered your our next day of availability on August 1st which you declined.

We had a negative experience with another local moving company when we had to move last minute, and will never use anyone else besides Colorado’s Finest Moving for Denver moves!

Colorado's finest did a wonderful job of keeping it local to move my daughter into a 1 bedroom apartment in denver today! They called ahead and showed up on time.
