In their own words
Yesterday, we moved out of our unit but were not finished using the storage space. We removed our lock temporarily because the only thing currently stored inside was trash, but we fully intended to continue using the storage since we still have belongings that need to be stored there. This morning, Lisa called asking if we were finished with the storage, and I specifically told her that we were not.
When I started renting a storage unit from Jim Hemingway in 2016 he promised to never raise my rates - or anyone else’s - after they begin renting from him. Only a new customer would pay more. Jim didn’t keep his word. He just raised my monthly rate despite the fact I have never been late making a payment. What’s even more disturbing is the fact that I have a storage unit with an outside entry door that had a security feature on it and it stopped working a couple years ago and it still hasn’t been fixed.

Used Crossroads Storage for several years and never had any issues. They keep the yard clean. Never had a rodent issue. My friend had a storage up the road and it was always full of droppings and dead mice. I've never saw mouse droppings at Crossroads. Contacting management is easy. If they miss a call, they return it everytime. Not saying to be late but there was times when I forgot to pay on time and they never made me feel bad about it.
Very helpful from start to finish. Casa Grande is growing fast. Every storage facility is full. Had to go on a waiting list months in advance. …
The Best. Nice Young Lady, very helpful even after they were closed. They'll always get my business. But I do miss the Red-Headed Step-Dog. Never did me any harm.
This location is so clean. The people are so nice. I worked with Lisa and she was really knowledgeable. I recommend this storage and U-Haul location.
