Since this place is family owned and operated, the employees feel they can be rude and belittling. Will never return. #1 By your reply to other reviews, you are far from polite. #2 I am not man. #3 Before we left the store your employee was disrespectful, that is what set the tone. #4 To tell customers "You weren't going to buy anything anyways" is disrespectful . #5 You were not in the store and have no idea what set was referenced.
Wife and Husband (or Boyfriend) came and wanted us to give them a free chest and said that Ashley across the street has the same set with the chest. I pulled it up online and Ashley had that same set for over $5k. … More
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! WE MOVED INTO OUR BRAND NEW HOME AND WANTED TO GET BRAND NEW FURNITURE FOR THE BRAND NEW HOUSE WITHIN A WEEK OF RECEIVING OUR COUCH WE HAD A FULL-BLOWN BED BUG INFESTATION WHICH IS COST US MORE THAN DOUBLE WHAT THE COUCH COST. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great sell service but bad communication for back orders. We had purchased 2- XL twin mattress extra firm. We were it would take 1 to 2 weeks. Okay, we we'll wait. No notification. Had to call them on update. A month later mattress finally arrives. But received 2 different mattress firmness.

The salesman (tall, dark hair and glasses) was lazy and couldn't seem to get off his phone long enough to help us. We tried to work with a different salesman but they kept sending us this yahoo. We like a couch/ love seat there but we're not going back and will take our money else where.

My husband and myself were planning a visit until I read one of the reviews and the response. Staff not wearing masks. No rules for customers to have to wear masks. What a joke you are New Furniture Outlet.
The people who work at this store are rude and disrespectful. Took my money elsewhere. Not going to pay thousands of dollars to be disrespected. Someone should teach these young men some customer service.

Was in the market for new couches was greeted with awesome customer service while my decision was hard because of the wide variety of selections this store had to offer we ultimately went with a sectional and we love it ! Will definitely be shopping for more furniture here !
