My senior mother was renting two storage units from this place. They were pretty nice at first. They signed my mother up for a special that they didn't honor and it wasn't until after we started moving to another Storage that she condescendingly remembered this other special she had previously mentioned. I've never witnessed anyone being so rude to my mother in my life
Terrible service, rude and grumpy staff, a payment app that doesn't allow you to pay, a 24-hour emergency phone line that never gets answered, and a storage unit whose access stops working at 11 PM. I don't recommend it. (Look for other storage options that are even cheaper.)

Was in a bind needed to haul all my items from San Antonio and needed something quick and efficient thank goodness for Cubic Walls. I’ve been using Cupid walls since before it was cubic walls and over all I haven’t had any bad experiences. Customer service is good and the buildings/storages are well built and maintained. I have not had any water leak issues or rodent issues. I do wish they were a little cheaper.
