I unfortunately hired them for my move to their warehouse and from the warehouse to my home. Several items worth over $3,500 were damaged. They offered me $1,000 in compensation, but this didn't cover my torn sofa and a kitchen chair. They sent their specialists twice, who told me they were beyond repair. After several attempts by phone, email, and text, I received no response. I absolutely do not recommend this company.
Terrible service! The youngest of the three guys was very rude. Beware, if you have an ant problem, he won't even touch your asphalt. I highly recommend Transport Billy.
Hello, Before calling these movers, please read this review and then judge for yourself. I used their services on Friday, March 12, 2021, for my move. They arrived a little early, but so far, so good. Upon arrival, the guys reeked of marijuana. There were two young men in their twenties and another older man. My initial order was to move the large items from the house: appliances, beds, bedroom furniture, plus the bikes in the shed, the snowblower, lawnmowers, etc., and a maximum of 20 cardboard boxes.

Several items were damaged, and I've been calling them, leaving messages, and sending emails for months, still without any response. They didn't use any blankets during the move. As a result, my brand new washer and dryer are scratched. Communication was difficult, and the movers smelled strongly of cigarettes.
The movers broke one of our televisions during the move. These things can happen, but what's unacceptable is that I left several messages and emails and received no response. I even sent them photos by email, and still no reply. I'm very disappointed with the service I received.

I moved at the beginning of May with Bernier Moving and I have nothing but good things to say. Two days before my move, they picked up my large, heavy, solid wood table that I had just bought used, since they were nearby for another move, and they charged me half the price of the other companies that dared to contact me because no one else wanted to force their way down to my basement. The movers arrived at my house on time, as they had confirmed the day before. Yvon's team was very efficient.
I used Bernier Moving for a long-distance move from Montreal to Gatineau. They were very professional, I highly recommend them, and I will definitely use them again for my next move. The process was very simple from start to finish, from the estimate to the final delivery and payment. They also easily accommodated my requests (there was a one-day difference between my move-in and move-out dates, so they stored my furniture overnight to fit my schedule).
