I had one of the most stressful and unprofessional moving experiences I've ever had. My contract clearly stated 3 movers for $150/hour, but only 2 movers ended up doing the job because one of the movers claimed to have a foot injury after the first hour. Despite this, I was still left paying for a move that took significantly longer than expected. The movers also arrived without the proper tools to disassemble my bed, even though this had been discussed before the move.
Never again! I used this company 3 times and referred them to a lot of people……what a mistake!!! The last time the movers did not arrive with the required tools requested to undo a bed. I had to waste time trying to find tools to supply to them….when I’m limited in tools and everything is packed! They lost a bag of my items. . Approximately 500$ worth of belongings. The movers are POSITIVE the bag was put on the truck but have no idea what happened to it. Must have fallen off of the truck somewhere along the way.

DO NOT BOOK THEM I requested movers for my one bedroom apartment and ended up paying over 950$. Two men took over 6h to move the little bit of stuff I had WITH THE MY HELP (no appliances, just boxes and furniture) They took so long to work that I had time to clean the whole apartment and help them move. The distance between one address to another was 7 minutes and they arrived 30 minutes after me. When I asked them what took so long they got angry and said we took a break and to not be rude.

They broke my 1500$ table that I bought two years ago. Refused to do anything about it and told me I had to go through their insurance. 2 months later they said my table wasn't worth my 500$ deductible and told me to deal with it myself....very rude staff not willing to help at all. One said it was impossible to talk to the person in charge of the insurance claims because she worked remotely and didn't have a phone number. Please do not choose this company! If I could put minus stars I would. In my last 4 moves I have never had any problems, even with damaged goods. Firstly the movers arrived 1.5 hours late from the scheduled time. Secondly they deemed it impossible to move my couch that me and my friend the very next day easily took the couch out of the house. Thirdly the movers arriver almost two hours after me to the new home yet again wasting more of my time.

I was told that my reservation was confirmed and they would follow up for more details later on. However I never received a follow-up email, and when I contacted them later to ask about the timing for the move, they said they didn't secure my booking since I didn't pay the deposit yet, and that that day was now fully booked.
