Several pieces of furniture were broken, the third mover who was scheduled didn't show up, the service was inefficient and unprofessional
The staff is very professional and efficient... a little too fast for my liking, but hey... fast and good is hard to achieve! We ended up with broken and scratched equipment. I tried several times to get some compensation, but management just gave me the runaround! They made me promises that were never kept... When you get paid, you don't care about anything else! In my opinion, this company absolutely does not deserve the public's trust!
Terrible experience! Not enough blankets to wrap the furniture. Two table legs were torn off, furniture was scratched, and several dishes were broken despite careful packing. Employees even climbed on top of fragile boxes to stack them. The service was terrible, and there was no compensation for the damages. Avoid this company!

I haven't used their service, but I won't! They wrecked the furniture and ripped branches off my tree instead of parking three meters away... typical!
