I am not a customer, and after seeing what you did to my aunt, I can confirm that I never will be! When you hire a professional moving company, it's so you don't have to worry about it. 11 hours of work charged at $2100 to move a 3 1/2 apartment about 3 km between the two locations is outrageous. Sure, they charge by the hour, but even I, who am not a professional, could have done it in less time!
Frankly, I'm very disappointed with this company. The movers took forever to do a job that should have taken half the time. They dragged their feet and seemed in no hurry to finish. I got the impression they were charging by the hour just …
