Looking for a moving company? Look no further, Déménagement Côté doesn't deserve your money. Broken furniture, terrible customer service, and even rudeness on the phone. They absolutely refuse to pay for the damages they caused.

This message is addressed to the managers/owners of this company. Unfortunately, I cannot rate the quality of your service because I ran into your administrative assistant (receptionist). In my entire life, I have never experienced such an unpleasant conversation with a person representing a company I wanted to contact for a service. I had a very unpleasant customer experience with this person on the phone.
I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional customer service in my entire life. I politely requested a quote, and I had to end the call because of the sheer lack of respect. I have never experienced anything like it. I can understand this kind of attitude when the customer is also rude, but in this case, I said absolutely nothing wrong other than requesting their service and calling out of genuine interest.
Pathetic long-distance moving service. The dispatcher's organization is appalling; they seem to have immense difficulty scheduling a one-way trip. Slow and frustrating communication, last-minute cancellations, and so on. However, to their credit, customer service took our bad experience very seriously and seemed concerned about improving things for future customers.
