I had taken photos of the sofa from all angles before the move, and they broke the leather on one of the sections of the sofa, and after inspection and confrontation, they took no responsibility or compensation, and they overcharged as well....
We are sorry that our service did not meet your expectations.
Very disappointed with the service. We asked on the phone if there was a minimum rental time and were told there wasn't. We were surprised at the end when they charged us for 3 hours for a move that barely lasted 2. They also ripped out an electrical wire in my building with their truck. We hired three people for the move, and the third person managed to assemble a clothes rack and a lamp in 2 hours...

A very unpleasant surprise on the final bill, and a complete lack of respect for the items they transported. The worst move I've ever experienced. Several items were damaged. I strongly advise against using them; it's much better to hire real movers! I'm furious!

JCBM Moving came to my home and gave me an estimate that was comparable to other moving companies, even though they weren't visiting my home due to COVID-19. I asked them several times if their truck was big enough to hold all my furniture. …

Professional staff, careful with the furniture, however, very vague in their cost and needs assessment. A very big surprise when the final bill arrived. Be sure to ask for a written estimate. Disappointing!

Never again. The service was okay, but there was a nasty surprise. They inflated the bill, demanded cash payment, charged taxes, but didn't give me a receipt. I felt ripped off... Bad experience.

Excellent price. The guys were on time and didn't drag things out. They were very careful with the furniture. Everything was wrapped in blankets. I'm absolutely satisfied.
