We used their services, but they were incredibly unprofessional! We had to leave several things behind because the truck was poorly loaded; they just threw our belongings into the truck, broke a $500 table, and charged us extra fees at the other location for no reason. I definitely do not recommend them!

I got ripped off and I'm pissed off… My overall experience with RMA was pretty mediocre. The employees did a good job, though; I have absolutely nothing bad to say. I'm grateful for the work they did, and I rewarded them accordingly with a $40 tip. But I had a major problem with Rémi, the owner. First of all, he didn't tell me I had to unplug my appliances and empty my refrigerator before they arrived. It's the company's responsibility to give its clients instructions so the move goes smoothly.
Honestly, I hesitated for a long time before leaving this review, but it's still bothering me too much to stay silent. The move was botched from start to finish. A piece of furniture was broken, a corner of my TV was cracked, my toaster was dented, a corner of the mirror was shattered, and so on. Despite all that, he left my partner alone with a ton of stuff at home. I had to call him back to finish what he hadn't completed. The worst part: the way my belongings were packed in the trailer.

No complaints about the service, but it's strange to see positive reviews about the team. Their truck and trailer were flashing their headlights at me on the highway and nearly forced me and my newborn into a ditch. Horrible and dangerous behavior.
WARNING! They broke some of my appliances, and when I told the owner, he threatened me. Avoid this company at all costs.
