Worst after-sales service experience ever. :( The staff were extremely rude and inflexible. Everything started off very well. The place is clean, safe, easily accessible, and the contract opening process went perfectly. When signing the rental agreement, they took great care to have us read certain paragraphs of the contract and to inform us of the payment methods, cycles, and other terms. We were also told about the possibility of leaving the warehouse between two billing cycles.

There's a world of difference between what's advertised and what's actually done. Yes, the buildings are clean and new, however, the experience is quite different. My experience: I registered on Thursday, explaining that I would arrive with my belongings on Saturday evening. They had me test my code and told me everything was fine. I arrived on Saturday evening and entered the yard following another customer. I tried to enter my code, but it was invalid.
Hello Philippe Meloni. Thank you for taking a moment to share your positive experience.
Got stuck with a rental truck outside of the gate and the code was not working . Called emergency numbers no one could help. they took my number and told me someone gonna gonna ASAP . Not a call back yet it's been more 16 hours. Better to check everything working before u rent truck or anything cuz there is no service.
